You’ll be at the forefront of designing and evolving systems that empower supervisors, streamline operations, and support key regulatory responsibilities. The team
As part of our dynamic Collaboration team—made up of architects, developers, and testers—you’ll play a key role in building, configuring, and supporting APRA’s business-critical D365 supervisory system. This is more than just a development role; it’s an opportunity to drive innovation, enhance supervisory capabilities, and contribute to APRA’s core mission of ensuring financial system stability.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to Development Efforts - Apply your experience to build and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Embrace Learning and Innovation - Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset as you explore and master Dynamics 365 XRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure technologies.
- Support Secure and Compliant Solutions - Develop a strong awareness of security standards, ensuring systems are robust, compliant, and trusted.
- Drive Testing and Automation Excellence - Implement efficient testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Monitor and Maintain System Health - Proactively monitor system performance and stability, ensuring business-critical supervisory systems remain responsive and resilient.
About you
We’re looking for candidates who bring a mix of technical skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for learning. Ideally, you will have:
- Hands-on Development Experience - Exposure to one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Version Control Proficiency - Familiarity with Git-based source control systems and modern development workflows.
- Database Knowledge - A foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Strong Team Collaboration - Team-first mindset with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
- Clear Communication Skills -Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Delivery Experience - Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Relevant Qualifications -Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Computing or Information Systems).
